What can you can expect from me after you've made an enquiry

Apart from this being the best decision ever to embark on creating an epic and authentic ceremony I’m sure you’ll be curious to know what happens once you hit send on your email to me.

I get so excited to receive your email; it’s the anticipation of what’s about to unfurl. Here’s what happens next …

It can be enormously freeing but also overwhelming having unlimited choices for your ceremony, where do you start? Don’t worry; I am here to help you navigate creating your own ceremony in a way that is right for you. From captivating your guests to helping you create a chilled and relaxed vibe that will set the scene for the rest of your day. I’ll be a source of information and inspiration as we explore what you like and don’t like.

I like to get to know you as soon as possible, and I’m sure you’ll have a few questions for me so I'll give you a call or Face Time to chat through initial ideas and help you with any dilemmas and queries. Maybe you’re just making a first enquiry for your Wedding or want to find out what’s involved in having a celebrant led Naming Day ceremony, or you want to check out if I’m the right celebrant for your Renewal of Vows. After all, you’re trusting me with a significant life event so ask as many questions as you like.

Over a few weeks, we’ll build up some trust between us as I get to know what’s important to you. You may not know the finer details just yet but we can start to think about style and how you want to feel on the day. If you want a ceremony that turns tradition on its head, you’ve come to the right place. You can have something fresh, modern and meaningful that’s a more you, I do.

The main thing that drew me to Lisa was how individual her ceremonies are and all of our guests commented on this too. A lot of ceremonies can be predictable which is fine if you want that however if like us you want something no one has seen before then Lisa has it all. I’d recommend Lisa don’t hesitate and give her a call.

Closer to your special day around the six-month mark we'll meet in person over a glass of wine or coffee to start to bring your ceremony to life. During this meeting, we’ll discover ways to include your personality, and we’ll imagine an overview of your ceremony. I’ll leave you with some big questions to reflect on at home, best answered on a Sunday afternoon accompanied by a tipple of your choice. You’ll share with me with a list of your favourite songs so I can listen to them as I write your ceremony to get a sense of your style.

Behind the scenes I’ll be listening to your playlist writing and finding quotes, seeking out readings and creating gold dust moments I think you’ll love. This glorious mix of originality goes into your draft copy, which I genuinely can’t wait to share with you. It’s always filled with mixed emotion as one month before your big day I send across your draft copy, and I eagerly await your feedback.

You will always have full control over every word written and spoken, so when you receive your draft copy of your ceremony, you can edit, add bits in, take things out until it feels perfect. Last-minute edits and updates can be made right up until a day before. You have unlimited flexibility and freedom to make some tweaks along the way.

Now all that’s left to do is to start to make this happen. Get in touch through the Say Hello link on my website or call 07528 757 392 email lisawilsonevents@outlook.com
